Shipping charges are estimated by the weight of each item in your cart and a generic box size for that weight range. Shipping estimates may change after fulfillment of the items you order. They may increase or decrease based on the required shipping box size and method. Any adjustment to shipping cost after the deduction of shipping material will be adjusted on your order and may result in changes to order total. This will be adjusted with our bank. 

We are a small business and both work as paramedics on 24 hour shifts. All items are printed to order and some items take longer than others to print. Your order will not be shipped until all items in your order are fulfilled and able to be shipped in one box. In addition to this store we also vend at reptile expos, this may cause slight delays in order fulfillment. However, we strive to get all order printed and fulfilled as quickly as possible with an average fulfillment time of 1-2 business days. 

With that being said there, there will be times based on order size and the quantity of orders we receive that it could take up to 7 business days to fulfill your order. If this occurs you will be notified of the delay and we truly do apologize for any delays. 

Shipping time vary based on your location and which shipping option you select. Shipping times are based on time of fulfillment to time of delivery and are estimates only. We are not responsible for currier delays. 

Lost packages during shipping will be filled as a claim with the currier and will be replaced and reshipped. Please allow for 3-7 business days for the replacement to be printed and shipped. Any replacement will become priority to ensure that you receive your items as close to the original estimated delivery date as possible. 

We are not responsible for stollen packages. If your package is stollen please file a police report and submit the report to us for replacement at printzexotica@outlook.com as well as file a claim with the shipping currier. Stollen packages will be replaced once the claim is approved. Stollen package replacements will require up to 7 business days for fulfillment from the date of claim approval.
