Sometimes, our printers malfunction just like us. The product remains excellent and safe, but it doesn’t meet our standards for full-price sale. These items are still safe and have passed testing and inspection to be used for your animals. They may have color variations due to the printer switching to a new roll of filament, deformities like dents in the sides or skipped layers, or simply, we weren’t satisfied with the print quality and believe it shouldn’t be sold at full price.
