Refund policy
We have a no return policy, all sells are final. We have this policy because each item is printed to order based on your requested colors for each item.
However we strive to have the best customer service and understand that there are extenuating circumstances that occur. These will be reviewed on a case by case basis and does not guarantee that a return will be granted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase as well as images of the item and the box it was shipped in. Returns will be on a case by case basis for extenuating circumstances only, such as the animals purchased for has passed or was not obtained after the order was placed, and are not guaranteed. Returns must be requested within 72 hours of delivery. You will be responsible for the return shipping as well as up to a 30% restocking fee deepening on the return request reason, if a return is granted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and a refund will not awarded. The return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund once the item has been received if your return is granted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged, defective, or wrong items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photographic proof of the damages, defect, or wrong item as well as damages to the shipping box so we can file a claim with currier. For wrong items we will also require a picture of the packing slip. In some instances we will request the damaged, defective, or wrong item be returned to us, if this is the case we will provide a return shipping label, and instructions on where to send the return package to. You will not be responsible for the return shipping of damaged, defective, or wrong items and we will replace the item or send the correct item at no additional charge to you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not allow exchanges of any kind. All of our products are printed to order based on the specifications that you provide when adding the items to your cart and checking out. .
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
